A Little About the Owners
Frosty Vets LLC dba Thibbys is a disabled veteran, woman, and family-owned small business. Jeremy & Melissa live right here in Allouez and are active in the community. They settled in Green Bay after faithfully serving our country at the height of the Global War on Terrorism. Their partners, Jeremy's parents, moved to De Pere in October 2022 and are getting settled in and ready for another great year! We consider it a great honor and privilege to serve the greater Green Bay and surrounding areas, keeping the Thibbys tradition alive, and making the founders, John and Lisa Thibodeau, very proud of the Green Bay tradition they created. Thibbys truly is a household name in Green Bay because of the great customers we serve.

Melissa served in the United States Army from 2007-2011 as a Dental Hygienist and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She and Jeremy have been married for twelve years and have two beautiful daughters. She is full of life and has a heart of gold.
Jeremy served in the United States Army from 2006-2012 as a Blackhawk Mechanic and Crew Chief in the elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment with multiple tours of duty during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Don't tell anyone, but he's a really nice guy. (Shh, it's a secret!) ;)
Marsha a.k.a "Nana"
Marsha is Jeremy's mom and "Nana" of nine beautiful grandchildren scattered across the country. As a former Army spouse she lovingly and faithfully kept us all together through the good times and bad, even during the drive across country through Canada to Alaska. :)
Leamon a.k.a. "Poppy"
Leamon is Jeremy's dad and "Poppy" of nine beautiful grandchildren, and Marsha's loving husband for 39 years. He served in the United States Army from 1983-2010. He also served during Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Chaplain Assistant. He and Jeremy were deployed together at the same time.
